• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to the terms provided in the app or platform (e.g., App Store, Google Play).
• Refunds are subject to the rules of the platform through which you purchased.

• Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Share, sell, or redistribute training plans, videos, or other content without permission.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Services.
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates others’ rights.

5. Content Ownership

• All workout plans, videos, designs, and materials provided by Platinova Fit are protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
• You may use them only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell our content without written permission.

6. User-Generated Content (Photos/Videos)

• You may upload progress photos/videos for personal tracking.
• By uploading, you grant Platinova Fit a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for providing Services.
• With your consent, we may use anonymized photos/videos (faces not shown) for marketing or educational purposes.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content.

7. Health Disclaimer

• The Services provide fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance for informational purposes only.
• We are not medical professionals. The content is not intended as medical advice or diagnosis.
• Always consult a qualified physician before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
• By using the Services, you agree that Platinova Fit is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages that may result from following workouts, nutrition advice, or challenges.

8. International Use

• The Services are operated from the United States, but may be accessed worldwide.
• Users from the EU/UK, Switzerland, CIS/post-Soviet countries (such as Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, etc.), and other regions are welcome, but agree that their data will primarily be processed in the USA (see Privacy Policy).

9. Termination of Use
We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Remove any inappropriate, unlawful, or harmful content.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Platinova Fit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages related to your use of the Services.
• Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services during the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Platinova Fit, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• your use of the Services,
• your violation of these Terms,
• your uploaded content.
