Do I need to follow a strict diet or I can just eat normal food?
Is this program suitable for beginners or advance level?
You don’t need to follow a strict diet. With this program I will teach you how to track your macros, while still eating the foods you enjoy.
I have tried to lose weight before and failed. Will this program work for me?
Platinova Fit includes a step-by-step system with: structured workouts, realistic nutrition tips, and mindset support. You won’t be “trying” alone anymore, you’re following a proven plan.
How long will I have access?

Can I get personalised support?
At the moment Platinova Fit is for everyone. In the future I will be offering a premium plan which will include some personalised support.
How long will the workouts take?
Most workouts last between 25–45 minutes, depending on the program.
